“The Menu” & “Strange World” Remain On The Nielsen Streaming Chart
Nielsen has announced its top 10 streaming charts for the United States for the week of 9th January 2023 through to 15th January 2023. There are four different charts, Top 10 Originals, Acquired Shows, Movies and a combined total chart.
The Searchlight Pictures film, “The Menu”, held onto a spot on the movie trending chart, following its release on HBO Max. The film has been released on Disney+ internationally. While “Strange World” also held onto a spot on the movie trending chart.
Unfortunately, neither of January’s major new Disney+ Original shows, “National Treasure: Edge Of History” nor “Willow” have been able to pull in enough viewers to make the trending chart.
“Bluey” continues to be a massive draw for younger audiences for Disney+, while Disney’s shows made by ABC, such as “Grey’s Anatomy”, continue to pull in viewers on Netflix. These shows are available on Disney+ internationally, including “NCIS” in the UK.
