Disney has recently announced that the hit Freeform series “The Fosters” will be coming to Disney+ in the United Kingdom, Ireland and in Canada on Tuesday 23rd February.

The series tells the story of a multi-ethnic family with a mix of foster and biological kids are being raised by two moms. Stef Foster, a dedicated police officer, and her partner Lena Adams, a school Vice Principal, have built a strong family with Stef’s biological son from a previous marriage, Brandon, and their adopted twins, Mariana and Jesus. Their lives are turned upside down when Lina meets Callie, a teen with an abusive past who has spent her life in foster homes. Lena and Stef decide to welcome Callie into their home thinking it will be temporary.

There are 104 episodes of “The Fosters”, spread across 5 seasons, which will all be available on Disney+. All five seasons of “The Fosters” are also available in the US on Hulu.

“The Fosters” will be part of the launch of the sixth brand on Disney+, which will add hundreds of shows and films from 20th Century Studios, Disney Television Studios, Touchstone and more.
