Just ahead of the premiere of the new psychological horror film “The First Omen,” Disney held a special screening of the 20th Century Studios movie, in Westwood.

The movie is a prequel to the original 70s movie and tells the story of what happened when a young American woman is sent to Rome to begin a life of service to the church, she encounters a darkness that causes her to question her own faith and uncovers a terrifying conspiracy that hopes to bring about the birth of evil incarnate.

The event was attended by the stars of the film, Nell Tiger Free, Bill Nighy, Ralph Ineson, Tawfeek Barhom, Maria Caballero, and Ishtar Currie-Wilson along with the director/co-screenwriter Arkasha Stevenson, co-screenwriter Tim Smith, story writer Ben Jacoby, producer Keith Levine, and celebrity guests, including Matt Cornett, Lyon Daniels, Thom Mathews, Kayden Muller-Janssen, Cassandra Peterson, and Jill Schoelen, among others.
