The El Capitan Theatre Hosting “Only Murders in the Building” Season 4 Event For D23 Members
Just ahead of the release of the fourth season of the hit comedy series, “Only Murders In The Building”, Disney is going to be hosting a special screening for D23 members at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood on August 23rg, 2024.
From the minds of Steve Martin, Dan Fogelman, and John Hoffman comes a comedic murder-mystery series for the ages. Only Murders in the Building follows three strangers (Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez) who share an obsession with true crime and suddenly find themselves wrapped up in one. When a grisly death occurs inside their exclusive Upper West Side apartment building, the trio suspects murder and employs their precise knowledge of true crime to investigate the truth. As they record a podcast of their own to document the case, the three unravel the complex secrets of the building, which stretch back years. Perhaps even more explosive are the lies they tell one another. Soon, the endangered trio comes to realize a killer might be living amongst them as they race to decipher the mounting clues before it’s too late.
In Season 4 of “Only Murders in the Building”, Charles, Oliver, and Mabel wrestle with the shocking events at the end of Season 3 surrounding Charles’ stunt double and friend Sazz Pataki. Questioning whether Sazz or Charles was the intended victim, our trio’s investigation leads them all the way to Los Angeles, where a Hollywood studio is readying a film about the Only Murders podcast. As our amateur sleuths race back to New York, they embark on an even more epic journey—traversing their building’s courtyard to delve into the twisted lives of the Arconia’s West Tower residents.
The special screening is available for D23 Gold and General Members, with tickets available to order now from the official D23 website.
Doors for the event will open and check-in will begin at 6:00 p.m. PT at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood, California. Programming will begin at 7:00 p.m. PT. The advanced screening will begin at 7:45 p.m. PT.
Guests are going to be treated to a night of surprises, along with some light concessions and an advanced screening of Hulu’s “Only Murders in the Building” Season 4 premiere!
