Spider-Man Returns To The Nielsen Streaming Chart

Nielsen has announced its top 10 streaming charts for the United States from June 29th 2026, to July 5th 2026. There are four different charts: Top 10 Originals, Acquired Shows, Movies, and a combined total chart.

The latest 20th Century Studios film, “Avatar: Fire And Ash”, continues to do well on the movie charts, but it is also noticeable that the third film in the franchise isn’t as popular as the previous instalments.  

The annual “Independence Day” boost also happened this week, as Americans celebrated the July 4th weekend with a classic Alien adventure with Will Smith.

The final season of “The Bear” also hit Hulu and Hulu On Disney+ a day before this chart covers, giving the show a really strong performance.  

Pixar’s latest movie, “Hoppers”, continues to pull in viewers on the movie chart, plus the release of “Toy Story 5” in cinemas gave “Toy Story 3” a bump in viewership, along with “Spider-Man: Homecoming” ahead of the release of “Brand New Day” in cinemas.

Disney continues to hold a large share of the acquired charts, with its biggest hits, including “Grey’s Anatomy”, “Bluey”, “Family Guy”, and “Bob’s Burgers”, still drawing viewers on Hulu and Disney+.
