Today, Disney has finally announced when the fourth season of the adult-animated series, “Solar Opposites” will arrive on Disney+ in the United Kingdom and Ireland.  The fourth season was released on Hulu in the United States in August, but after a few months of delay, it has been confirmed that the entire season will arrive on Disney+ in the UK and Ireland on Wednesday, 1st November 2023. It’s unclear why the UK release was delayed so long.

“Solar Opposites” centres around a team of four aliens who are evenly split on whether Earth is awful or awesome. Korvo (Dan Stevens) and Yumyulack (Sean Giambrone) only see the pollution, crass consumerism, and human frailty while Terry (Thomas Middleditch) and Jesse (Mary Mack) love TV, junk food and fun stuff.   In the fourth season of “Solar Opposites,” we pack up the sci-fi and get normal… for a second. Then it’s back to classic Solar chaos, mayhem in the Wall, and some all-new Silvercops adventures!

Following allegations of domestic violence against “Solar Opposites” creator, Justin Roiland, who also played Korvo in the previous season, Disney has recast the role, with Dan Stevens taking over the role of Korvo for the fourth and fifth seasons of the show.

“Solar Opposites” is executive produced by Mike McMahan and Josh Bycel. The series is produced by 20th Television Animation.  The first three seasons of “Solar Opposites” are also available to stream now on Disney+.
