Sigourney Weaver & John Lithgow To Appear On “The View”
Disney has announced the guest lineup for “The View” for the next week, which sees many celebrities appearing on the show to promote their latest projects.
“The View” is America’s most-watched daytime talk show and is regularly ranked No. 1 among household and total viewers among daytime networks, syndicated talk shows, and news programs.
The New York Times called it “the most important political TV show in America.” The Daytime Emmy Award-winning talk show is a priority destination for up-to-the-minute Hot Topics, invaluable conversations, celebrities, newsmakers, and politicians. It is a must-see viewing for our loyal fans, with live broadcasts five days a week.
Scheduled guests for the week ahead include (subject to change):
- Monday, May 11 — Ayo Edebiri and Kara Young (Broadway’s “Proof”)
- Tuesday, May 12 — Sigourney Weaver (actor, “Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu”); Diane Sawyer (“The Mystery of Richard Simmons: A Diane Sawyer Special”)
- Wednesday, May 13 — Lena Waithe (producer of the plays “The Peculiar Patriot” and Tony Award-nominated “Cats: The Jellicle Ball”)
- Thursday, May 14 — John Lithgow (Tony Award-nominated Broadway’s “Giant”)
- Friday, May 15 — Lisa Ann Walter (comedy special, “Lisa Ann Walter: It Was an Accident”)
