Pixar’s “Win Or Lose” Wins Three Annie Awards

The 53rd annual Annie Awards took place on Saturday night at the University of California, Los Angeles’s Royce Hall in Los Angeles, California.

While both “Elio” and “Zootopia 2” lost out to the Netflix film, “KPop Demon Hunters” in most categories, Disney did pick up a number of awards with Pixar’s “Win Or Lose” Disney+ original series picking up three awards, Best Character Animation – TV/Media, Best Music – TV/Media, and Best TV/Media Limited Series.

20th Animation’s “Bob’s Burgers” also picked up the Best Voice Acting award in the TV/Media category, with Dan Mintz winning for performing Tina Belcher in the “Don’t Worry Be Hoopy” episode.

Netflix dominated the event, with “KPop Demon Hunters” picking up ten awards, including Best Feature.
