At this weekend’s Hong Kong Animation-Comic-Game event, Hot Toys has been showing off many new original collectable figures from many movies and shows inspired by Marvel, Star Wars, DC Comics and other franchises.

One of the new collectables being showcased was an Iron Man’s Sakaarian armour collectable figure, which is from the upcoming second season of Marvel’s “What If…?” animated series, which is due to arrive on Disney+ soon. Originally, the second season was going to be released on Disney+ this year, but now no release date has been confirmed.

Here’s a look at the new Iron Man suit:

“What If…?” flips the script on the MCU, reimagining famous events from the films in unexpected ways. Marvel Studios’ first animated series focuses on different heroes from the MCU, featuring a voice cast that includes a host of stars who reprise their roles.

This new suit features a brand new Iron Man suit, which has been built on the trash planet of Sakaar. With the show focusing on the story of What If?….Iron Man had travelled to Sakaar instead of Hulk.

Originally, this new episode was going to be included in the first season of “What If?” but due to some problems caused during the pandemic at the studio working on the episode, it got bumped back to the second season. LEGO even released a set based on this episode, which also included a Tony Stark, Valkyrie and The Watcher minifigures.

The first season of “What If?” is available to stream now on Disney+
