Disney has announced details on a brand new Latin American Disney+ Original series called “La Partitura Secreta”, aka The Secret Score”, which will be coming to Disney+ on April 17th 2024.

This new mystery and fantasy series was filmed Mexico by Estudios Teleméxico and tells the story of Maya, a 16-year-old girl who enrolls in a prestigious conservatory looking for answers to the enigmatic disappearance of her boyfriend Leo, a student at the renowned music school. Along with a group of her classmates, Maya discovers an intriguing score that, when interpreted, grants them strange powers. They will try to keep the discovery a secret, not knowing that danger awaits them because someone else in the conservatory is looking for the sheet music and has dark intentions.

This new series stars Val Dorantes(Maya), Juanma Piano (Max), José Peralta (Leo), Michelle Almaguer (Nati), César Acosta (Rafa), Daniel Ábrego (Tenoch), Leonardo Lotina (Andy), Natalia Coronado (Connie), Mónica Plehn (Paulina ) and Diego Sandoval (Pepe). Also starring in the series is David Angulo (Gael), Emmanuel Okaury (Dod), Julieta Ortiz (“La Mayora”) and Paola Gómez (Catalina).

The series was initially announced ot be heading to Disney+ in 2023, but as with many projects, was delayed.
