To help promote the launch of the new Disney+ Original series, “Percy Jackson and the Olympians” and continuing the cross-pollination between the two streaming services, Disney has announced that the first episode of the upcoming show will also be available on Hulu from Wednesday, 20th December 2023.

The series debuts on Disney+ with a double episode premiere on the same day, which will be followed by a new episode each week.   The premiere episode will only be available on Hulu until January 31st.

 Percy Jackson is on a dangerous quest. Outrunning monsters and outwitting gods, he must journey across America to return Zeus’ master bolt and stop an all-out war. With the help of his quest mates Annabeth and Grover, Percy’s journey will lead him closer to the answers he seeks: how to fit into a world where he feels out of place, and find out who he’s destined to be.

Since the release of the trailer, it has garnered 90 million video views and nearly two million engagements across “Percy Jackson” Series, Disney+, and talent accounts.

 The Disney+ Original series stars Walker Scobell as Percy Jackson, Leah Sava Jeffries as Annabeth Chase and Aryan Simhadri as Grover Underwood.
