New Disney+ Korean Thriller “Revenant” Teaser Trailer Released
Disney has released a new teaser trailer for the upcoming South Korean thriller series, “Revenant”, which stars Kim Tae-ri and Oh Jung-se.
The series follows San-young, a young woman who has been possessed by a demon, as mysterious deaths start happening around her. Hae-sang, a professor in Korean folklore who is able to see demons, recognises the demon as the same one that killed his mother in his childhood, and his knowledge and abilities, become vital in saving San-young and those around her.
“Revenant” has been written by screenwriter Kim Eun-hee, who previously created some other popular thriller show such as “Signal” and “Kingdom”. It has been directed by Lee Jeonglim, who has previously directed “VIP”, and “The Last Empress”, along with Kim Jaehong, who has also worked on “Blossom Sisters” and “Blooded Palace”.
The new series will be premiering on the Korean television network, SBS and released as a Star Original on Disney+ worldwide on Friday, 23rd June 2023. Expect this series to be released on Hulu in the United States.
