Nathan Lane is set to star in the upcoming comedy series “Only Murders In The Building”,  where he will be playing a building resident, who is an owner of a popular New York City grocery chain.

Only Murders In The Building follows three strangers (played by Steve Martin, Martin Short and Selena Gomez) who share an obsession with true crime and suddenly find themselves wrapped up in one.

The 10-episode series is expected to debut in 2021 on Hulu in the United States and on Disney+ in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Singapore and across Europe as a “Star Original”.

Nathan Lane has previously starred in many TV shows including “Penny Dreadful: City of Angels”, “The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story” and “Modern Family”. He has also appeared in many Broadway shows such as “The Producers” and movies like “The Birdcage”.

Co-creators and co-writers Steve Martin and John Hoffman executive produce along with Martin Short, Selena Gomez, Jamie Babbitt, “This is Us” creator Dan Fogelman and Jess Rosenthal. 20th Television, part of Disney TV Studios, is the studio.
