To tie in with the release of the second season of the Disney+ Original series, “Loki”, Disney has announced that a special episode of Marvel Studios’ “Assembled” series is set to arrive at the end of November, just a couple of weeks after the season finale is released on November 9th 2023.

“Assembled” is a comprehensive documentary series of specials goes behind the scenes of the shows and movies of the MCU, following the filmmakers, cast and crew, and Marvel heroes every step of the way. The series takes us behind the scenes with the cast and creative team who brought the movie to life. Combining immersive footage with candid interviews, this episode of Assembled reveals how an incredible new world was brought to life on the big screen.

Through candid interviews with the creative minds behind the show, and exclusive on-set footage, discover how the talented team that powered “Loki: Season 2” raised the stakes for this latest MCU adventure. Witness imaginative costumes, elaborate environments, and far-out variants come to life, meet new allies and foes, and time-slip across the Multiverse in “Assembled: The Making of Loki: Season 2.”

“Loki” Season 2 picks up in the aftermath of the shocking season finale when Loki finds himself in a battle for the soul of the Time Variance Authority. Along with Mobius, Hunter B-15 and a team of new and returning characters, Loki navigates an ever-expanding and increasingly dangerous multiverse in search of Sylvie, Judge Renslayer, Miss Minutes and the truth of what it means to possess free will and glorious purpose.

Marvel Studios’ “Loki” Season 2 stars Tom Hiddleston, Sophia Di Martino, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Wunmi Mosaku, Eugene Cordero, Rafael Casal, Tara Strong, Kate Dickie, Liz Carr, Neil Ellice, with Jonathan Majors, Ke Huy Quan and Owen Wilson.

Justin Benson & Aaron Moorhead, Dan DeLeeuw and Kasra Farahani are the directors for the six-episode series. Kevin Feige, Stephen Broussard, Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Brad Winderbaum, Kevin R. Wright, Tom Hiddleston, Justin Benson & Aaron Moorhead, Eric Martin and Michael Waldron are the executive producers, and Trevor Waterson serves as co-executive producer. Eric Martin is the head writer.

“Marvel Studios’ Assembled: The Making of Loki – Season 2” arrives on Disney+ around the world on Wednesday, 29th November 2023.
