Marvel Shares First Look At “Ironheart” & “Daredevil: Born Again” Disney+ Series
To celebrate the 85th anniversary of Marvel Comics, which takes place on August 31st 2024, Disney has released a new video highlighting many of the amazing characters created by Marvel over the years, including Spider-Man, Captain America, Black Panther, Wolverine, Deadpool, and many more.
In the video, we get to see a first look at some footage of some upcoming Marvel projects including the movies, “Thunderbolts*” and “Captain America: Brave New World”, plus a first look at the Disney+ series, “Ironheart” and “Daredevil: Born Again”.

“Ironheart” is being produced by Ryan Coogler, and it stars Dominique Thorne, Anthony Ramos, Lyric Ross, Regan Aliyah and Alden Ehrenreich. The new show will premiere on Disney+ in 2025 and is set after the events of “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever”.
Marvel Television’s “Ironheart” pits technology against magic when Riri Williams (Dominique Thorne)—a young, genius inventor determined to make her mark on the world—returns to her hometown of Chicago. Her unique take on building iron suits is brilliant, but in pursuit of her ambitions, she finds herself wrapped up with the mysterious yet charming Parker Robbins, aka “The Hood” (Anthony Ramos).
The series also stars Lyric Ross, Manny Montana, Matthew Elam and Anji White. Chinaka Hodge is head writer and EP; episodes are directed by Sam Bailey and Angela Barnes.
“Daredevil: Born Again” is going to launch on Disney+ in March 2025 and the show catches up with Matt Murdock, a blind lawyer with heightened abilities, and his nemesis, Wilson Fisk, who’s pursuing his own political endeavors in New York.
The series stars Charlie Cox, Vincent D’Onofrio, Deborah Ann Woll, Elden Henson and Jon Bernthal. Dario Scardapane is head writer and showrunner; episodes are directed by Justin Benson & Aaron Moorhead, Michael Cuesta, Jeffrey Nachmanoff and David Boyd.
Roger’s Take: Adding in a few seconds of some of the upcoming Marvel releases certainly is a great way of getting more eyeballs on this celebration video, while also hyping up fans for the upcoming series.
