Next summer, Marvel Studios is releasing a brand new movie, “The Fantastic Four”, which will see Marvel’s First Family join the Marvel Cinematic Universe for the first time.

This upcoming movie will star Pedro Pascal, who will be playing the role of Reed Richards, aka Mr. Fantastic, and Vanessa Kirby play Sue Storm, aka the Invisible Woman. Also starring in the movie will be Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm, aka the Human Torch, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach will play Ben Grimm, aka the Thing. Also starring in the new film is Julia Garner will play Shalla-Bal.

To celebrate it being the 404 Day, aka the 4th of April, Disney has released a new poster for the film, featuring the Human Torch.

“The Fantastic Four” is going to begin production later this year and will be coming to cinemas on July 25th 2025. We should expect to see “The Fantastic Four” released on Disney+ by the end of 2025.

No plot details on the upcoming film have been revealed, which is expected to be set in the 1960s from the artwork released with the casting news, and this new artwork seems to indicate they are living in an alternative universe when you look at how different city skyline is to modern New York.

The upcoming film will be directed by Matt Shakman, who previously worked on Marvel’s “WandaVision”.  The movie was written by Josh Friedman, Jeff Kaplan, and Ian Springer.

And while we wait for the next “Fantastic Four” film, you can catch the previous movies made by 20th Century Studios on Disney+ now.
