Just ahead of the release of Marvel’s “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” on Disney+ on Wednesday 1st February 2023, Disney has released a new featurette featuring the Visual Effects Supervisor for the film, Geoffrey Baumann, who talks about the incredible blending of real-life underwater filming and visual effects techniques.

The film tells the story of Queen Ramonda (Angela Bassett), Shuri (Letitia Wright), M’Baku (Winston Duke), Okoye (Danai Gurira) and the Dora Milaje (including Florence Kasumba), who fight to protect their nation from intervening world powers in the wake of King T’Challa’s death. As the Wakandans strive to embrace their next chapter, the heroes must band together with the help of War Dog Nakia (Lupita Nyong’o) and Everett Ross (Martin Freeman) and forge a new path for the kingdom of Wakanda.
“Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” is coming to Disney+ on February 1st 2023.
