Disney has signed up Joe Mande for the new comedy special called “Chill”, which is set to debut on Hulu and Hulu On Disney+ on December 13th 2024.  No international release for Disney+ has been announced.

Joe took to social media to confirm the Deadline report, stating:

The fake news media actually got something right this time. My special, “CHILL,” is coming to @hulu on December 13th. I hope you watch and enjoy. It’ll be perfect family fare for the holiday season

Joe Mande has previously made a comedy special that was released on Netflix in 2017.  He has also worked on the hit series, “Hacks”, along with “Parks and Recreation”, “The Good Place”, “Kroll Show” and “Modern Family”.

Disney is slowly building up its new “Hularious” brand with new original comedy specials and licensed comedy shows. The first will air on November 22nd, 2024, with Jim Gaffigan, on Hulu and Hulu On Disney+ in the United States and on Disney+ internationally.

Other comedians signed up to deliver these new monthly one-hour comedy specials, including Bill Burr, Chris Distefano, Jim Gaffigan, Ilana Glazer, Andrew Santino, Jessica Kirson, Zarna Garg, Matteo Lane, Sebastian Maniscalco, Atsuko Okatsuka and Roy Wood Jr.
