Following the announcement that the fourth season of the hit Canadian comedy series Shoresy will be released this winter, Crave has announced that it has renewed the show for the fifth season.

Created by and starring Jared Keeso, and produced by New Metric Media in association with Play Fun Games, the new season follows Shoresy (Keeso) as he explores life after hockey, and the Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs contend with the distractions of summer in Sudbury, ON.

The fifth season will begin production later this spring. Many of the cast members, including Jared Keeso, Taysa Teles, Blair Lamora, Keilani Rose, Jonathan Ismael Diaby, and former NHL player turned actor Terry Ryan, are returning for the fifth season. 

Developed by Bell Media for Crave, “Shoresy” is produced by New Metric Media, in partnership with Play Fun Games in association with Bell Media, with the participation of the Canadian Media Fund, OMDC Tax Credits, and the Canadian Film or Video Production Tax Credit and the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund, and is distributed by New Metric Media. Jared Keeso is an executive producer, writer, star, and creator. Dan and Sean Skene are the directors.

The fourth season will premiere on Crave in Canada on Friday, 24th January 2025, with the first two episodes, followed by one new episode on subsequent Fridays.

While all six episodes of the fourth season will premiere in the United States on Hulu and Hulu On Disney+ on Wednesday 26th February 2025.    The previous three seasons of “Shoresy” are also available to stream on Hulu and Hulu On Disney+.
