Disney+ is set to launch on Tuesday March 24th in a number of European countries and the app is now slowly starting to populate out onto different digital stores.

I’ve just logged into the app for the first time and wanted to just update everyone on a few interesting points about the Disney+ Originals and how many episodes are available:

The following shows have only 1 episode available:

  • Marvel Hero Project
  • High School Musical: The Musical – The Series
  • Diary of a Future President
  • Forky Asks A Question
  • The Imagineering Story
  • Disney Insider
  • Pick of the Litter

The Mandalorian & Clone Wars each have 2 episodes available

While the following shows are up to date with the rest of the world, each having multiple episodes:

  • Shop Class (4)
  • Disney Fairy Tale Weddings (6)
  • One Day At Disney Shorts (6)
  • Disney Family Sundays (20)
  • Pixar In Real Life (5)

And both these series have the full season available:

  • Encore (12)
  • The World According To Jeff Goldblum (12)

Disney+ Originals missing:

  • Loop
  • Wind
  • Noelle

It’s interesting to see that most of the current shows, are inline with the United States, Canada, The Netherlands and Australia, which does make sense and its easier for people to keep up.  The only exception currently is “The Clone Wars”, though Disney is releasing two episodes a week to catch up.  With the older Disney+ Originals releasing new episodes on Fridays.

What do you think of this launch line up?
