Heather McMahan “Breadwinner” Comedy Special Coming Soon To Hulu & Hulu On Disney+
A brand new comedy special from comedian Heather McMahan called “Breadwinner” is set to premeire on Hulu and Hulu On Disney+ on October 11th 2024. No international Disney+ release details have been announced yet.
The show features jokes about the pressure of McMahan’s financial support, the perils of being a golf widow, planning a wedding on an overblown budget, relating to in-laws and more.

This new one hour comedy special was filmed over two sold-out nights at the historic Fox Theatre in Atlanta, which was the last stop on her “The Comeback Tour”.
This is the second stand-up comedy special created by Heather McMahn, her previous special, “The Son I Never Had” is available to stream on Netflix.
“Breadwinner” is written, performed, and self-produced by McMahan’s Absolutely Not Productions, directed by Jen Zaborowski, and executive produced by 800 Pound Gorilla, Maggie Haskins, Chris Ketner, and Christina Tompkins.
This is the latest comedy special to be added to Hulu’s new “Hularious” banner. The streaming service is leaning more toward stand-up comedy, which is much cheaper to produce than scripted drama and is pulling in audiences for Netflix. So Disney wants a piece of the pie!
