Disney has announced that the FX series The Veil will soon be available on Disney+ in the United Kingdom and Ireland after a short delay from its US release.

FX’s “The Veil” is a spy thriller that explores the surprising and fraught relationship between two women who play a deadly game of truth and lies on the road from Istanbul to Paris and London. One woman has a secret, the other a mission to reveal it before thousands of lives are lost. In the shadows, mission controllers at the CIA and French DGSE must put differences aside and work together to avert potential disaster.

The series stars Emmy and Golden Globe Award winner Elisabeth Moss, Yumna Marwan, Dali Benssalah and Josh Charles. Written by Steven Knight (Peaky Blinders, FX’s Taboo), the series will be executive produced by Knight alongside Di Novi Pictures’ Denise Di Novi, and Moss under her Love & Squalor Pictures banner. “The Veil” is produced by FX Productions.

The series is currently being released weekly on Hulu and Hulu On Disney+ in the United States and on Disney+ in many countries, including Australia and Canada. Unfortunately, British and Irish subscribers will have to wait until the end of May to watch the entire series, when it drops at once on May 29th, 2024.
