Disney has released some new images from an upcoming Disney Original Movie, “Out Of My Mind”, which will be coming to Disney+ this Fall.

The film tells the story of Melody Brooks, a sixth grader with cerebral palsy, has a quick wit and a sharp mind, but because she is non-verbal and uses a wheelchair, she is not given the same opportunities as her classmates. When a young educator notices her student’s untapped potential and Melody starts to participate in mainstream education, Melody shows what she has to say is more important than how she says it.

It stars Phoebe-Rae Taylor (“Melody Brooks”), Rosemarie DeWitt (“Diane Brooks”), Luke Kirby (“Chuck Brooks”), Michael Chernus (“Mr. Dimming”), Courtney Taylor (“Dr. Katherine Ray”), Judith Light (“Mrs. V”) and Jennifer Aniston (“Melody’s Jennifer Aniston Voice”).

This new movie is based on the book of the same name by Sharon M. Drape.  It has been directed by Amber Sealey and written by Daniel Stiepleman.    The executive producers include Jeff Skoll, Eddie Rubin, Leah Holzer, Tom Mazza, David Calvert Jones, Brian Gott and Alex Turtletaub.
