At today’s “Next 100” presentation at the Annecy International Film Festival, Disney revealed a first look at the upcoming Disney Junior animated series, “Playdate with Winnie the Pooh”, which will debut this summer in the U.S. on the Disney Junior channel and will then roll out globally on Disney+.

“Playdate with Winnie the Pooh” follows a young Pooh Bear as he enjoys playdates with his friends. Set in the exciting outdoors of the Hundred Acre Wood, these musical shorts emphasize collaborative play and the joy of spending time with others.

Here’s a first look at “Playdate with Winnie the Pooh”:

The new show is being directed by Jojo Ramos Patrick and produced by Greg Chalekian. Chris Hamilton is the executive producer on the show, and Elise Fachon is the co-executive producer. “Playdate With Winnie the Pooh” is being produced by OddBot Inc. in association with Disney Junior
