Marvel Studios is currently developing “Deadpool 3”, which will see Ryan Reynolds return as the “Merc With A Mouth” and also returning to our screens as Wolverine, will be Hugh Jackman, who has been taking to social media lately to show himself getting physically prepared for the role.

Ryan Reynolds has taken to social media to confirm that Emma Corrin has joined the cast of the third film.  No character details have yet been revealed, but it’s believed she will be playing a villain.  Emma Corrin is probably most known for playing Princess Diana in the Netflix series, “The Crown”, and she will also be starring in the upcoming FX limited series, “Retreat”.

In a social media post, Ryan said:

New addition to the family! The Deadpool family, for clarity. Which is just like a real family except with less swearing… Welcome, Emma Corrin

Shawn Levy is going to be directing the film, which is being written by Paul Wernick & Rhett Reese. Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige will be a producer on the film, along with Shawn Levy and Ryan Reynolds.

“Deadpool 3” is scheduled to begin filming later this year and is due to be released first in cinemas on November 8th, 2024.

The first two “Deadpool” films and “Logan” are available to stream now on Disney+.
