
“Dope Girls” Coming Soon To Hulu & Hulu On Disney+
Disney has released a new trailer for the upcoming British series, “Dope Girls”, which is coming to Hulu and Hulu On Disney+ later this month.
In the aftermath of WWI, London is changing as returning soldiers from the front find a society changed by a newly empowered generation of women. In Soho’s emerging underground club scene, women begin to seize opportunities, both legal and illegal, and shape the nightlife industry.

The series stars Emmy-nominated Julianne Nicholson, Eliza Scanlen, Umi Myers, Eilidh Fisher, Geraldine James, Michael Duke, and Ian Bonar.
The show has been created by Polly Stenham and Alex Warren, directed by Shannon Murphy, and executive produced by Kate Crowther, Jane Tranter from Bad Wolf, Michael Lesslie for Storyteller Productions, and Rebecca Ferguson for the BBC. Other writers on the series included Matthew Barry, who also acted as EP, and writers Matthew Jacobs Morgan and Xiao Tang. The project has been developed and overseen by Bad Wolf’s Director of Content, Dan McCulloch and Chief Creative Officer, Ryan Rasmussen. “Dope Girls” was commissioned by Lindsay Salt, Director of BBC Drama.
All six episodes of this new period drama “Dope Girls” will premiere on Tuesday, 29th July 2025 in the U.S. on Hulu and Hulu On Disney+. Sony Pictures Television is handling the international distribution of the show and its also available on the BBC iPlayer in the UK.
