Recently, Uswitch announced its annual Telecoms Awards winners for the United Kingdom., which has seen Disney+ once again picked up the “Best TV Content”,

Disney+ was given the award as part of its judge’s choice, which sees USwitch assembled an expert panel of leaders across consumer technology to form our judging panel.  Each judge completed a confidential survey and selected their winners from the networks and providers in the judges’ choice categories.

Following in the footsteps of Netflix and Amazon Prime, the popularity of Disney Plus has grown exponentially since its launch. As the official home of unrivalled exclusive content, Disney Plus is now a household name.

Take an unrivalled library of animated content spanning its own 99-year history, add the Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars universes and a slate of award-winning original shows and it’s clear why Disney+ was the runaway winner for Best TV Content.

Other award winners included Plusnet as Broadband Provider Of the Year,  the Apple 14 Pro Max won Handset of the Year, and giffgaff won Network of the Year.

In the United Kingdom, Disney+ is the dedicated streaming home for movies and shows from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, Star and more.  Disney+ is available on most internet-connected devices and offers commercial-free programming with a variety of original feature-length films, documentaries, live-action and animated series and short-form content. Alongside unprecedented access to Disney’s incredible library of film and television entertainment, the service is also the exclusive streaming home for the latest releases from The Walt Disney Studios.
