There are plenty of new original shows and films heading to Disney+ around the world in November 2023, including brand new episodes of the latest Marvel series, “Loki”, plus the return of “The Santa Clauses” and much more.

Here’s a look at the new originals coming to Disney+ in November 2023:

The Santa Clauses – Season 2

In the second season, the Calvin family is back in the North Pole as Scott Calvin continues his role as Santa Claus after retirement plans were thwarted when he failed to find a worthy successor in season one. Now that Scott and his family have successfully saved Christmas, Scott turns his focus towards training his son Cal to eventually take over the “family business” as Santa Claus. However, a bit of North Pole magic brings an unexpected challenge to Scott’s plan.

“The Santa Clauses” returns with a double episode premiere on Wednesday, 8th November 2023, with a new episode being released each week.


 

Marvel’s Loki – Season 2

“Loki” Season 2 picks up in the aftermath of the shocking season finale when Loki finds himself in a battle for the soul of the Time Variance Authority. Along with Mobius, Hunter B-15 and a team of new and returning characters, Loki navigates an ever-expanding and increasingly dangerous multiverse in search of Sylvie, Judge Renslayer, Miss Minutes and the truth of what it means to possess free will and glorious purpose.

The last two episodes of the second season will arrive on Disney+ on the first two Thursdays in November at 6 PM PT/9 PM ET.


Behind The Attraction – Season 2

The series, from Disney Branded Television, takes viewers on a ride behind Disney Parks’ most iconic and beloved attractions, featuring the Imagineers that designed them and the Cast Members who operate them. Season two will continue to showcase more quintessential Disney Parks’ attractions including Pirates of the Caribbean, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Indiana Jones Adventure, EPCOT, The Food, and Nighttime Spectaculars.

The entire second season is going to be released on Disney+ on Wednesday, 1st November 2023


Goosebumps

Inspired by R.L. Stine’s worldwide bestselling book series, “Goosebumps” follows a group of five high schoolers as they embark on a shadowy and twisted journey to investigate the tragic passing three decades earlier of a teen named Harold Biddle – while also unearthing dark secrets from their parents’ past.

A new episode is being released each Friday in November, with the finale dropping on the 17th.


Dashing Through The Snow

This new original film tells the story of a divorced social worker for the Atlanta police department who despises Christmas due to a painful childhood memory. When sent on a call while spending Christmas Eve with his daughter, he inadvertently evokes the wrath of a local politician but meets a man who helps him understand the joy and magic of Christmas.

This new holiday film arrives on Disney+ on Friday, 17th November 2023.


Assembled: The Making of Loki Season 2

Through candid interviews with the creative minds behind the show, and exclusive on-set footage, discover how the talented team that powered “Loki: Season 2” raised the stakes for this latest MCU adventure. Witness imaginative costumes, elaborate environments, and far-out variants come to life, meet new allies and foes, and time-slip across the Multiverse in “Assembled: The Making of Loki: Season 2.”

This special arrives on Disney+ on Wednesday, 29th November 2023.



The Three Detectives

Kim, Marie, and Franzi are BFFs and have what other girls can only dream of: their very own detective club! Be it criminals, beaus, issues with their parents, a case of blackmail, theft, or cyber mobbing, there isn’t a mystery the clever but often stubborn Kim, the sporty and confident Franzi, and the stylish, versatile Marie cannot solve. Their differences sometimes put their friendship to the test, but in the end, they crack every case and always have each other’s backs.

This new German original series arrives on Disney+ on Wednesday, 1st November 2023


Daddies on Request – Season 2

It has been a year since California reunited with her mother following the arrests of Riquezes and Gamboa and the escape of Patricio Sandoval. Itzel returned to CDMX, gave testimony, and then embarked on a trip with her daughter throughout Mexico in the ice cream van to get to know each other again. As the crooks’ trial approaches, Itzel and California return to CDMX to see Morgan, Diego, and Miguel, who have also changed. They all have their day jobs, but at night they come together to keep the band’s dream alive.

The second season will arrive on Disney+ on Wednesday, 8th November 2023


And internationally, many other original shows and films are heading to Disney+, which will be released on Hulu in the US.


The Kardashians – Season 4

The family you know and love is here with a brand new series, giving an all access pass into their lives. Kris, Kourtney, Kim, Khloé, Kendall and Kylie bring the cameras back to give truth to their stories. From the intense pressures of running billion-dollar businesses to the hilarious joys of playtime and school drop-offs, this series brings viewers into the fold with a rivetingly honest story of love & life in the spotlight.

New episodes are being released every Thursday throughout November.


Black Cake

Based on The New York Times-bestselling book by Charmaine Wilkerson, “Black Cake” is a family drama wrapped in a murder mystery with a diverse cast of characters and a global setting. The story takes place in Jamaica, Italy, Scotland, England and Southern California. In the late 1960s, a runaway bride named Covey disappears into the surf off the coast of Jamaica and is feared drowned or a fugitive on the run for her husband’s murder. In present day California, a widow named Eleanor Bennett, loses her battle with cancer, leaving her two estranged children, Byron and Benny, a flash drive that holds previously untold stories of her journey from the Caribbean to America. These stories, narrated by Eleanor, shock her children and challenge everything they thought they knew about their family’s origin.

“Black Cake” will debut on Hulu and Disney+ in Canada, Australia and New Zealand on November 1st 2023, with a new episode being released each week.


Culprits

Joe Petrus is living the American dream: a fiancé to Jules, dad to Frankie and Bud, and starting his own business in a sleepy suburban town. But unbeknownst to his family, Joe has a secret. Three years ago, he was recruited by notorious British criminal Dianne Harewood to join her crew and take part in a high-stakes crime that promised to make Joe rich and provide him with a brand-new life. And now Joe’s dangerous past is about to catch up with him. When a killer starts targeting the crew behind the crime, Joe realises that the only way to keep his family safe is to return to London, make contact with his old gang, and track down Dianne.

This new series arrives on Disney+ in the UK and Ireland on November 8th. It will be released the following month on Hulu in the US.


Brawn: The Impossible Formula 1 Story

The series stars Keanu Reeves (“John Wick” and “The Matrix Resurrections”) as host and executive producer, in addition to Formula 1 legends Ross Brawn, Jenson Button, Nick Fry, Rubens Barrichello and Christian Horner. The unscripted documentary series hosted by Keanu Reeves tells the remarkable story of how Ross Brawn, in 2009, competing in the most expensive and technologically advanced racing series on Earth, made the impossible happen. His understaffed, underfinanced, and independent team won the World Championship taking on the biggest titans of the industry – all after purchasing the team for just £1. Go behind the scenes of this Formula 1© fairytale with the people who were there – on the track, in the garage and the boardroom – giving their own recounts of this miraculous year. With access to the F1 archives – much of it previously unseen – this series brings you along for the ride to victory, led by British F1 driver Jenson Button and Ross Brawn.

The entire British original series will be released on Wednesday, 15th November 2023.


Quiz Lady

A brilliant but tightly wound, game show-obsessed young woman must reunite with her estranged, trainwreck of a sister when they’re forced to come up with the money to cover their mother’s gambling debts. The two embark on a wild, cross-country trek in a desperate hope to win enough cash the only way they can think of — by turning our reluctant hero into a bona-fide game-show champion.

“Quiz Lady” will be released on November 3rd 2023.


A Murder At The End Of The World

A Murder at the End of the World is a mystery series with a new kind of detective at the helm – a Gen Z amateur sleuth and tech-savvy hacker named “Darby Hart” (Emma Corrin). In the new limited series, Darby and eight other guests are invited by a reclusive billionaire (Clive Owen) to participate in a retreat at a remote and dazzling location. When one of the other guests is found dead, Darby must put to use all of her combined skills to prove it was in fact murder, all against a tide of competing interests and before the killer takes another life.

The first two episodes of “A Murder At The End Of The World” will be released on Tuesday 14th November 2023, with a new episode being released each week.


The Artful Dodger

“The Artful Dodger” explores the adult double life of Charles Dickens’ famous prince of thieves, Jack Dawkins aka The Artful Dodger, whose fast pickpocketing fingers have turned into the skilled hands of a surgeon.

Set in 1850s Australia, in the lively colony of Port Victory, Dodger’s past returns to haunt him with the arrival of Fagin, luring him back into a world of crime. A greater threat – to Dodger’s heart – is Lady Belle, the Governor’s daughter, determined to become the colony’s first female surgeon.

From heists to life-and-death surgeries to the harsh realities of the criminal world mingling with the middle ground and gentry, this is a tale of reinvention, betrayal, redemption, and love with a twist.

This Australia original series debuted on Wednesday, 29th November 2023.


Faraway Downs

“Faraway Downs,” an inspiring epic adventure and reimagined extended version of Baz Luhrmann’s 2008 film “Australia”. Starring Nicole Kidman, Hugh Jackman, Bryan Brown, Brandon Walters, Ben Mendelsohn, David Wenham and Jack Thompson, the story centers on English aristocrat Lady Sarah Ashley (Kidman), who travels halfway across the world to confront her wayward husband and sell an unusual asset:  Faraway Downs, a million-acre cattle ranch in the Australian outback. Following the death of her husband, a ruthless Australian cattle baron, King Carney (Bryan Brown) plots to take her land, and she reluctantly joins forces with a rough-hewn cattle drover (Hugh Jackman) to protect her ranch. The sweeping adventure-romance is explored through the eyes of young Nullah (Brandon Walters), an Indigenous Australian child caught up in the government’s Draconian racial policy now referred to as the Stolen Generations. Together, the trio experiences four life-altering years, a love affair between Lady Ashley and the drover, and the unavoidable impact of World War II on Northern Australia.

The film, told in six chapters, will premiere all at once on November 26th
