Disney has announced a brand new making-of documentary series for the third season of “Star Wars: The Mandalorian”, which will be premiering with the first episode on Wednesday, 28th June 2023.

The latest instalment of Disney’s Gallery documentary series pulls back the curtain on the making of the third season of Star Wars: The Mandalorian. Interviews with the cast and crew and behind-the-scenes footage provide an in-depth look at the latest episodes of the Emmy-award-winning series.

The first season of “Disney Gallery” featured eight episodes, that pulled back the curtain on “The Mandalorian”. Each chapter explored a different facet of the first live-action Star Wars television show through interviews, behind the scenes footage, and roundtable conversations hosted by Jon Favreau. Topics included the filmmaking process, the legacy of George Lucas’ Star Wars, how the cast brought the characters to life, the series’ groundbreaking technology, the artistry behind the show’s practical models, effects, and creatures, plus the creative influences, the iconic score, and connections to Star Wars characters and props from across the galaxy.

While the second season was limited to just two episodes about the making of the second season, there was also a special episode for “The Book Of Boba Fett”.

All three seasons of “The Mandalorian” is also available to stream now on Disney+.
