“Dancing With The Stars” Season 33 – How To Vote On Disney+ & ABC
“Dancing With The Stars” is back for a thirty-third season, which is co-hosted by Alfonso Ribeiro and Julianne Hough in which celebrities are paired with trained ballroom dancers to compete in themed choreographed dance routines that are judged by a panel of renowned ballroom experts, including Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli and Derek Hough.
The show is produced in front of a live audience by BBC Studios Los Angeles Productions.
New episodes of “Dancing With The Stars” will be simulcast live on Tuesdays from September 17th 2024 at 8/7c on ABC and Disney+. Following the live-stream, episodes will also be available to stream on-demand throughout the season for Disney+ subscribers shortly after the simulcast. In addition, episodes will be available to stream on-demand the next day on ABC.com & Hulu.
The Disney+ livestream starts at the same time as the broadcast on your local ABC station, based on your location.
How To Vote:
Eligible viewers can vote for their favorite couple(s) online at http://dwtsvote.abc.com and/or by SMS text message during the live voting window each episode/week. Both methods of voting are open only during the initial simulcast on ABC and Disney+ in the Eastern and Central time zones. Voting will close shortly after the final competitive dance of each episode, and will not be available during later broadcasts and/or streaming.
Please note that you must be 18 years or older and physically located in the United States (including its territories) or Canada to vote online. SMS voting is only available to viewers located in the U.S. and its territories with a participating wireless carrier and is not available to viewers in Canada.
During the voting window, you may vote for multiple couples. If you’re voting online, you can allocate your votes as you see fit during the voting window by selecting Save Votes each time you make a change to your selections. However, SMS text votes cannot be changed once submitted. There is a limit of 10 votes per couple, per voting method (for a total of 20 votes per couple). Each eligible member of your household can vote by following the instructions below.
Online voting
To vote online:
1. Create or log into your account at https://dwtsvote.abc.com
o If you don’t already have an account, you can create an account on the main voting page
2. Once you log into your account, you will be sent a confirmation email with a verification code
o If you do not receive the email, please check your Junk or Spam folders
3. Enter the verification code on the voting page to verify your email address*
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to cast your vote(s) during the voting window
Additional members of your household may also cast votes by logging into their own account.
*Email verification is a required one-time process. Once your account is validated, you’ll be set to vote for the entire season.
SMS voting
To vote via SMS, text an SMS keyword (see below) to 21523. You should receive a one-time message following the first vote for a couple in each voting window and another one-time message if you’ve exceeded the 10-vote limit for that couple.
Each successful SMS text will constitute one vote, within voting limits. Message and data rates may apply. SMS vote terms at https://bit.ly/DWTSterms. Limit 10 votes per couple per voting method.
