Dafne Keen & Saara Chaudry To Star In “Percy Jackson & The Olympians” Season 3

Production is now underway in Vancouver, Canada on the third season of the hit Disney+ Original series, “Percy Jackson And The Olympians”.

The show follows Percy Jackson, who is on a dangerous quest. Outrunning monsters and outwitting gods, he must journey across America to return Zeus’ master bolt and stop an all-out war. After losing his mother, Percy is sheltered at Camp Half-Blood, a sanctuary for demigod children. He must prove himself and confront his origins once he discovers he too is a demigod, and will take off into the perils of pursuing enemies in search of the Underworld. With the help of his quest mates Annabeth and Grover, Percy’s journey will lead him closer to the answers he seeks: how to fit into a world where he feels out of place, if he’ll ever see his mother again, and if he can ever find out who he’s destined to be.

The second season is due to arrive on Disney+ in December, and it’s based on “The Sea of Monsters,” the second instalment of Disney Hyperion’s bestselling book series by acclaimed author Rick Riordan.  The new season tells the story of what happens after Camp Half-Blood’s protective border is breached, Percy Jackson embarks on an epic odyssey into the Sea of Monsters in search of his best friend Grover and the one thing that may save the camp — the Golden Fleece. With help from Annabeth, Clarisse and his newfound cyclops half-brother Tyson, Percy’s survival is crucial in the fight to stop Luke, the Titan Kronos, and their impending plan to bring down Camp Half-Blood — and ultimately, Olympus.

The third season will be based on “Percy Jackson and the Titan’s Curse”, which will see Percy, Annabeth, and Grover team up with the Hunters of Artemis to rescue the kidnapped goddess Artemis and Annabeth, while also facing a powerful monster that could destroy Olympus. They discover two new half-bloods, Bianca and Nico, and must confront the Titan Atlas, who is forced to hold up the sky. A prophecy foretells that one of the group will die, adding to the stakes of their quest.

“Percy Jackson and the Olympians” stars Walker Scobell, Leah Sava Jeffries, Aryan Simhadri, Charlie Bushnell, Dior Goodjohn and Daniel Diemer.   Recently, it was announced that Levi Chrisopulos and Olive Abercrombie will join the cast for the third season and will be playing the roles of Fan-Favourite Siblings, Nico and Bianca di Angelo.

Disney has also announced that Dafne Keen and Saara Chaudry have joined the cast of the third season.  Danfe Keen will play the role of Artemis, and she has previously starred in “Deadpool & Wolverine”, “Logan” and “The Acolyte”.  While Saara Chaudry will play the role of Zoë Nightshade and she has previously starred in “The Paw Patrol Movie”.

Created by Rick Riordan and Jonathan E. Steinberg, Season 2 of “Percy Jackson and the Olympians” is executive produced by Steinberg and Dan Shotz alongside Rick Riordan, Rebecca Riordan, Craig Silverstein, The Gotham Group’s Ellen Goldsmith-Vein, Bert Salke, The Gotham Group’s Jeremy Bell, D.J. Goldberg, James Bobin, Jim Rowe, Albert Kim, Jason Ensler and Sarah Watson.

The first season of “Percy Jackson and the Olympians” is available on Disney+, and the second season is set to premiere on December 10th 2025.   So it’s likely we will have to wait until late 2026 for the third season to be released on Disney+.
