This coming October, Disney is releasing some new original programming including a new Marvel Studios series plus the return of “Bluey” . There will also be brand new episodes of favourites like “Only Murders In The Building”, plus many new original series.

Here’s the rundown:

Agatha All Along

Agatha Harkness finds herself powerless after breaking out of her containment in Westview, New Jersey and she looks to some unlikely allies to join her on her quest to regain her former powers.

A new episode is going to be released every Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. PT/9:00 p.m. ET.

Bluey Minisodes

Bluey follows the adventures of a lovable and inexhaustible Blue Heeler puppy who lives with her Dad, Mum and little sister, Bingo. It showcases the joyful simplicity that can be found in families, by bringing to life how children learn and grow through play.

LEGO Avengers: Mission Demolition

An all-new animated special, “LEGO Marvel Avengers: Mission Demolition” is the tenth entry in the popular signature-branded storytelling series. In the new special from Marvel Studios and the LEGO Group, a young, aspiring hero and superhero fan inadvertently unleashes a powerful new villain looking to rid the world of the Avengers.

This new animated special arrives on Disney+ on Friday, 18th October 2024

Road Diary: Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band

Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band offer the most in-depth look ever at the creation of their legendary live performances – sharing fly-on-the-wall footage of band rehearsals and special moments backstage – as well as hearing directly from Springsteen on the topic. Fans get the chance to experience professionally shot footage from the 2023-2024 tour for the first time ever – while following the band through their one-of-a-kind preparation process, and onto performances for tens-of-thousands across continents.

This new original film arrives on both Disney+ and Hulu on Friday, 25th October 2024

Wizards Beyond Waverly Place

“Wizards Beyond Waverly Place” follows an adult Justin Russo, who has chosen to lead a normal, mortal life with his family, Giada, Roman and Milo. When Justin’s sister Alex brings Billie to his home seeking help, Justin realizes he must dust off his magical skills to mentor the wizard-in-training while also juggling his everyday responsibilities — and safeguarding the future of the Wizard World.

The first episodes arrive on Wednesday, 30th October 2024

There are also plenty of new originals coming to Hulu and Hulu On Disney+ in the United States, which are also released as Star Originals on Disney+ around the world, including:

La Máquina

After a devastating loss, Esteban “La Máquina” Osuna (Gael García Bernal) is at a low point in his boxing career. Lucky for him, his manager and best friend Andy Lujan (Diego Luna) is determined to get him back on top. But when a nefarious organization rears its head, the stakes of this rematch become life or death. While struggling to mount a comeback, Esteban must also juggle his own personal demons and protect his family, including his ex-wife Irasema (Eiza González), a journalist who finds herself on a collision course with the dark side of the boxing world.

This new original series will be released on October 9th 2024.

Family Guy Halloween Special

Halloween Special Logline: Peter and his friends aim to unseat the reigning champion (GLEN POWELL) in Quahog’s annual Pumpkin Contest by any means necessary.

This original special drops on Monday, 14th October 2024

Rivals

Set against the backdrop of the drama, excess, and shocking antics of the power-grabbing social elite of 1980s England, “Rivals” delves headfirst into the ruthless world of independent television in 1986.

This brand new British series arrives on October 18th 2024.

FX’s American Horror Stories

American Horror Stories is an anthology series that will feature a different horror story each episode. The spooky collection of new American Horror Stories episodes features an all-star cast, including Michael Imperioli, Henry Winkler, Dyllón Burnside, Debby Ryan, Jeff Hiller, Jessica Barden, Angel Bismark Curiel, Guy Burnet, Victor Garber, June Squibb and more!

All five episodes are released in the US and Canada on Tuesday, 15th October 2024

Mr. Crocket (2024)

In 1993, a mysterious children’s show host, Mr. Crocket, magically emerges from television sets to kidnap young children, brutally slaying their parents in the process. After Mr. Crocket snatches her son, one determined mother embarks on a perilous quest to track down the demonic entertainer and rescue her boy. Starring Jerrika Hinton, Elvis Nolasco, Ayden Gavin, Kristolyn Lloyd, and Alex Akpobome.

This new original movie for Halloween drops on October 11th 2024.

Only Murders In The Building – Season 4

In season four of “Only Murders in the Building”, our amateur podcasting trio wrestles with the shocking events at the end of season three surrounding Charles’ stunt double & friend Sazz Pataki. Questioning whether she or Charles was the intended victim, their investigation leads them all the way to Los Angeles where a Hollywood studio is readying a film about the Only Murders podcast. As Charles, Oliver & Mabel race back to New York, they embark on an even more epic journey — traversing their building’s courtyard to delve into the twisted lives of the Arconia’s West Tower residents.

New episodes are being released every Tuesday throughout October.

English Teacher

FX’s English Teacher stars Brian Jordan Alvarez as “Evan Marquez,” a high school teacher in Austin, Texas who often finds himself at the intersection of the personal, professional and political aspects of working at a high school. Evan wants to be a principled person but often runs into trouble because of it.

The last two episodes from the first season of this great comedy series will be released on Tuesday’s in October.

Hold Your Breath

In 1930s Oklahoma amid the region’s horrific dust storms, a woman (Sarah Paulson) is convinced that a sinister presence is threatening her family.

This new original film is out now

The Last Days of the Space Age

Starring Radha Mitchell and Jesse Spencer, “The Last Days of the Space Age” is an eight-part dramedy series set in 1979 Western Australia, when Perth was at the center of the world’s headlines. A power strike threatens to plunge the region into darkness, while the city hosts the iconic Miss Universe pageant and the US space station, Skylab, crashes just beyond the city’s suburbs. Against this backdrop of international cultural and political shifts, three families in a tight-knit coastal community find their marriages, friendships and futures put to the test.

Reasonable Doubt – Season 2

Shanelle gets interviewed from jail causing Jax’s panic attacks to return as we take a look back on JT and Shanelle’s relationship. Meanwhile, Lewis learns of Spenser’s new interests at school.
