AI Invades NFL Match At SoFi Stadium To Promote “The Creator”
With the actors strike ongoing, Disney is having to be a little more creative with ways of promoting its new films and shows, so this past weekend, Disney made a special promotional appearance to promote the upcoming 20th Century Studios film, “The Creator” at the Los Angeles Chargers and Miami Dolphins NFL game at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.
The film is set amidst a future war between the human race and the forces of artificial intelligence, Joshua, a hardened ex-special forces agent grieving the disappearance of his wife, is recruited to hunt down and kill the Creator, the elusive architect of advanced AI who has developed a mysterious weapon with the power to end the war… and mankind itself. Joshua and his team of elite operatives journey across enemy lines, into the dark heart of AI-occupied territory… only to discover the world-ending weapon he’s been instructed to destroy is an AI in the form of a young child.
At the SoFi Stadium promotional event, some people were dressed up like androids from the film to promote the film. They were walking around the stadium and were shown on a number of occasions on the big screens, which did confuse many of the people attending the event, who didn’t realise that it was a promotion for a new film.
The film stars John David Washington (“Tenet”), Gemma Chan (“Eternals”), Ken Watanabe (“Inception”), Sturgill Simpson (“Dog”), newcomer Madeleine Yuna Voyles and Academy Award winner Allison Janney (“I, Tonya”).
The future is here. AI robots have arrived at the Chargers and Dolphins game at SoFi Stadium.
