When Is “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” Coming To Disney+?

This summer, Marvel Studios brings Tom Holland back as your friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man for an all-new adventure in “Spider-Man: Brand New Day”.

In the new film, it’s a Brand New Day for Peter Parker. Fighting crime full-time as Spider-Man in a world that doesn’t remember him—and the pressure of seeing his old friends move on without him—sparks a change in Peter he may not have the power to control. But that transformation might also be the only thing that can stop a shocking new threat to the city and those he loves—a powerful villain no one can even see.

This upcoming film will be directed by Destin Daniel Cretton and stars Zendaya, Sadie Sink, Jacob Batalon, Jon Bernthal, Tramell Tillman, Michael Mando, and Mark Ruffalo.

When Is “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” Released?

““Spider-Man: Brand New Day”” is being released exclusively in cinemas on July 31st 2026.

When Will ““Spider-Man: Brand New Day”” Be On Disney+?

Currently, no official Disney+ release date has yet been announced and unfortunately, due to the film being distributed by Sony Pictures, it won’t be coming to Disney+ in the same way that other Marvel Studios movies do. Instead due to a global pay one window licensing deal, it’ll go to Netflix after it’s theatrical release.

However, Disney does have a pay two window licensing deal with Sony for the United States, which includes all of Sony’s 2026 releases, including “Spider-Man: Brand New Day”. This means that for Disney+ subscribers, we will have to wait around two years before the movie hits Disney+ in 2028.

Internationally, things are a little more complicated and while Sony and Marvel do work together on different licensing deals for Disney+, the movie could be made available at some point in the future, but it’s going to vary country to country. Similar to how the “Spider-Man” films aren’t available on Disney+ already in some regions.
