20th Century Studios Acquires “Naughty”
Disney’s 20th Century Studios has acquired a new feature pitch from Siena East called “Naughty”, which is going to star Amber Midthunder (Prey), who will also be an executive producer on the film.
According to Deadline, no plot details on the film have been revealed, but it is described as a holiday action romantic comedy. The film is going to be written by Siena East, who has previously worked on “Clone High”.
It will be produced by Hutch Parker Entertainment’s Hutch Parker and Dan Wilson, who have a first-look deal with 20th Century Studios. John Scott Gibney will also co-produce. Hutch Parker Entertainment have previously worked with 20th Century Studios on “X-Men: Dark Phoenix”, “Logan”, and the Disney+ Original film, “Home Sweet Home Alone”.
No director has been linked to the project.
It’s unknown if this film will be released theatrically first or released directly onto Disney’s streaming services like Star+, Hulu and Disney+.
