If you’ve ever started up Disney+ on your device and gotten an error message that says “Error code 11”, you might be wondering what you can do to fix it.


What does Error code 11 on Disney+ mean?

If you get the following error message on Disney+

We’re sorry, this video is not available in your region. If you think you are seeing this message in error, visit the Disney+ Help Center (Error Code 11).

It means that the film or show you’re trying to watch on Disney+ isn’t available in your country or region.  The selection of content available on Disney+ does vary between countries, and especially if you’ve clicked on a link for a film or show on Google, you might get this error.  Especially if it’s content that is part of the Star brand, which isn’t available in the US or Latin America.


How To Fix Error code 11 on Disney+?

To fix this problem, check the following:

  • Do a search within Disney+ for the title you want to watch.  If it doesn’t show up, it’s not available in your region/country.
  • If you’ve recently been on holiday, be sure to logout and back into Disney+ to reset what region your in
  • If you’re using a VPN, change it to be in a country where the show or film is available.
