“Gannibal” Season 2 Trailer Released

Disney has released a new trailer for the second season “Gannibal”, which returns later this month.

After causing a major incident, police officer Daigo Agawa takes his wife Yuki and daughter Mashiro to live in the remote mountain village of Kuge. Despite seeming a perfect place to recover from the ordeal, a missing persons case remains unsolved of the previous officer posted there. The village thrives on forestry, with residents making their living from cypress timber. In charge of this industry’s operations is the Goto family, who own most of the village. One day, a body of an old woman is found on the mountain. The Goto family posits that it was a bear attack, but Daigo notices a human bite mark on the body and begins to suspect something is not quite right with the village.

“Gannibal” stars Yuuya Yagira as Daigo Agawa. Show Kasamatsu plays the role of Keisuke Gotō and Riho Yoshioka plays Yuki Agawa, Daigo’s wife. The show also stars Yuri Tsunematsu, who plays Gin Gotō. It also stars Yuki Kura, Rila Fukushima, Atsushi Yanaka, Ryūshin Tei, Kōsuke Toyohara, Ayumu Nakajima, Isao Hashizume and Akira Otaka.

Shinzo Katayama will be directing the second season, with Takamasa Ōe writing the scripts. Teruhisa Yamamoto is also a producer on the second season.

The first season of “Gannibal” is available to stream on Hulu and Hulu On Disney+ in the United States and on Disney+ internationally.

The second season of “Gannibal” will be released on Hulu and Hulu On Disney+ in the United States and on Disney+ internationally on March 19th 2025.
