“The Little Mermaid” Splashes On To The Nielsen Streaming Chart
Nielsen has announced its top 10 streaming charts for the United States for the week of 4th September 2023 through 10th September 2023. There are four different charts, Top 10 Originals, Acquired Shows, Movies and a combined total chart.
Disney has had a great week on the original chart, with three shows making the chart, including “Only Murders In The Building”, “Futurama” and “Ahsoka”. As per usual, the popular Australian animated series, “Bluey” continues to pull in audiences for Disney+, on both the overall and acquired charts.
While “The Little Mermaid” debuted at the top of the movie chart and it also made the overall chart, with “Moana” also continuing to pull in audiences.
Disney’s ABC mega-hit “Grey’s Anatomy” also continues to pull in audiences on Hulu and Netflix in the US. Internationally, the show is available on Disney+. While “S.W.A.T” continued to pull in large audiences across multiple platforms, including Hulu. “Heartland” also continues to pull in viewers on Hulu, Netflix and Peacock.
