It’s Friday and time to take a look at what’s new on Disney+ in the United Kingdom and Ireland. There is plenty of new content to watch on Disney+ today including new episodes of multiple Disney+ and Star Originals, along with two brand new documentary films.

Here’s the rundown:


High School Musical – The Musical – The Series – Season 2 – Episode 11

It’s opening night, and Nini hypes up her anxious castmates for their performance in front of the competition judge. But no East High opening night is complete without unexpected visitors, second chances, and big decisions about everyone’s futures — together and apart.



The Mysterious Benedict Society – Episode 6

After winning a scholarship competition, four gifted orphans are recruited by the peculiar Mr. Benedict for a dangerous mission to save the world from a global crisis known as The Emergency. Reynie, Sticky, Kate, and Constance must infiltrate the mysterious L.I.V.E. Institute to discover the truth behind the crisis. When the headmaster, the sophisticated Dr. Curtain appears to be behind this worldwide panic, the kids of “The Mysterious Benedict Society” must devise a plan to defeat him.


Star Wars – The Bad Batch – Episode 13

“Star Wars: The Bad Batch” follows the elite and experimental clones of the Bad Batch (first introduced in “The Clone Wars”) as they find their way in a rapidly changing galaxy in the immediate aftermath of the Clone War. Members of Bad Batch—a unique squad of clones who vary genetically from their brothers in the Clone Army—each possess a singular exceptional skill that makes them extraordinarily effective soldiers and a formidable crew.



Playing With Sharks

From National Geographic Documentary Films, two-time Emmy®-nominated director Sally Aitken and WildBear Entertainment, “Playing with Sharks” captures the life of Valerie Taylor—a woman ahead of her time whose life’s work has become the basis for much of what we know about sharks today. A fearless diver, cinematographer and pioneering conservationist, Valerie is a living legend and icon. Through remarkable underwater archival footage, along with interviews with Valerie herself, “Playing with Sharks” follows this daring ocean explorer’s trajectory from champion spearfisher to passionate shark protector.


Stuntman

From executive producers Dwayne Johnson (“Jungle Cruise”) and Dany Garcia from Seven Bucks Productions, and directed by Kurt Mattila, “Stuntman” chronicles the highs and lows of veteran Hollywood stuntman, Eddie Braun as he attempts what many argue is the most dangerous stunt in cinematic history. Following in the footsteps of his childhood idol, Evel Knievel, Braun reflects on having survived multiple car crashes, explosions, and death defying leaps over the course of his 30+ year career in film and television. Now, in his mid-50s and contemplating retirement, Braun decides to cap off an extraordinary career by recreating Evel Knievel’s infamous unsuccessful Snake River Canyon rocket jump. In 2018, “Stuntman” made its world premiere at the LA Film Festival, taking home the Audience Award choice winner for Best Documentary Feature.


War Of The Worlds – Season 2 – Episode 2

At the Observatory, Mokrani and Catherine clash over the fate of Micah, whom Catherine sees as a vital source of information. Micah reveals to Catherine that she needs to find Bill Ward. The latter, meanwhile, tries to find out more about Emily, still beset with visions of Adina, the alien leader urging her to kill Bill. Jonathan finally finds his family.



Rebel – Episode 9

Rebel’s personal life becomes headline news and she begrudgingly distances herself from the Stonemore Medical trial.


The Gloaming – Episode 7

Blood samples found on Clunes’s car reveal a familial link to Dorothy. Alex brings Lewis to Grace’s house to show him the bones he discovered and learns that Lewis knows more than he’s letting on.


Love, Victor – Season 2 – Episode 6

Pilar’s new friend Rahim reaches out to Victor for guidance. Victor and Isabel reach a boiling point.


M.O.D.O.K – Episode 10 – Finale

It’s Lou’s Bar Mitzvah, and M.O.D.O.K. has to round up more people to attend the proceedings. When he fails to get kids from the mall, he rounds up all the has-beens and villains he met over the course of the first 9 episodes.



Grown-Ish – Season 3 – Episode 13

When Zoey returns home for a long weekend, she soon discovers that her friends are busy with Cal U’s Field Day; meanwhile, Jazz and Doug’s relationship gets complicated when Jazz returns from the NCAA track finals with very surprising news.


Good Trouble (Seasons 1 & 2)

“Good Trouble” follows Callie and Mariana as they embark on the next adventure in their lives in Los Angeles. Mariana tackles the male-dominated world of tech, and Callie faces the harsh realities of the legal system as she clerks for a federal judge. After moving to The Coterie in downtown Los Angeles, Callie and Mariana realize that living on their own is not all it’s cracked up to be. Although they have new neighbors, new romances, and new challenges, the sisters must rely on each other to navigate the City of Angels.


Tolkien

Tolkien is a storyteller and part of a tight group of artists from whom he draws inspiration for his work. However, his work and relationship with Edith, his lover, is threatened during WWI.


The Guardian

Champion swimmer Jake learns the true meaning of heroism and sacrifice when he meets Ben Randall. After enduring a horrific storm and losing his crew, Ben is sent to train more swimmers at an academy.



Chariots of Fire

Two men, Harold Abrahams and Eric Liddell, race for the gold in the 1924 Olympics. While one runs for his faith, the other participates to leave prejudice behind
