It’s Friday and time to take a look at what’s new on Disney+ in the United Kingdom and Ireland today. There are plenty of new films to enjoy plus ESPN documentaries.

Where Oceans Collide

The flora and fauna between the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific Ocean is unparalleled. The surface of the water is teeming with sardines and striped marlin, and parrots nests on the slopes of volcanoes while lava bubbles beneath them.

T-Rex Autopsy

This documentary sees a team of four paleontologists dissect a silicon replica of Tyrannosaurus.

The Spectacular Now (2013)

The Big Short (2015)

In the mid-2000s, a few finance experts observe the instability in the US housing market and predict its collapse. Through their research, they discover the flaws and corruption in the system.

Marley and Me (2008)

A happily married couple’s life changes after they adopt a free-spirited pup named Marley who, along with his antics, manages to teach them and their children important life lessons.


“Believeland” is Cleveland to the core. It’s the story of the fans whose love and loyalty have endured despite half a century of losing, and the spiritual and economic impact of sports in a city that has suffered more than its share of scorn.

The Birth of Big Air

Director Spike Jonze and “Jackass” prankster Johnny Knoxville produced this unconventional portrait of BMX rider Mat Hoffman, a fearless, trailblazing biker who went pro when he was only 16 and helped build the sport of BMX Freestyle.

Elway to Marino
