It’s Wednesday and time to take a look at what’s been added onto Disney+ in Canada today, which includes the first episode of a brand new show, ‘Doogie Kamealoha, M.D.’ plus new episodes of many other Disney+ and Star Originals including ‘What If?’, ‘Turner & Hooch’ and ‘American Horror Stories’.
Here’s the rundown:
Doogie Kamealoha, M.D. – Episode 1
“Doogie Kamealoha, M.D.” – a coming-of-age dramedy inspired by the hit medical series “Doogie Howser, M.D.” – follows Lahela “Doogie” Kamealoha, a 16-year-old prodigy juggling a budding medical career and life as a teenager. With the support of her caring and comical ‘ohana (family) and friends, Lahela is determined to make the most of her teenage years and forge her own path.
Guiding Lahela (and also complicating things) is her career-driven mother Dr. Clara Hannon who’s also her supervisor at the hospital, her doting father Benny who helps keep her connected to what matters most, her free-spirited older brother Kai, her gregarious younger brother Brian Patrick, her best friend Steph, her surfer crush Walter and her fellow hospital colleagues, Dr. Lee, Charles and Noelani.
Marvel’s What If – Episode 5
“What If…?” flips the script on the MCU, reimagining famous events from the films in unexpected ways. Marvel Studios’ first animated series focuses on different heroes from the MCU, featuring a voice cast that includes a host of stars who reprise their roles.
Turner & Hooch – Episode 8 – Episode 108 “Arf Appreciation”
Scott must prove his dog’s innocence when Hooch is accused of damaging a valuable painting.
“Chip ‘n’ Dale: Park Life” – Episode 107 “Struggling Duckling / Friends Of The Family / Top Dog”

Criminal Minds (S12)
An elite team of FBI profilers analyze the country’s most twisted criminal minds, anticipating their next moves before they strike again. The Behavioral Analysis Unit’s most experienced agent is David Rossi, a founding member of the BAU who returns to help the team solve new cases.
The Golden Girls (S1-7)
The Golden Girls is based on the lives and interactions of four older women who have all been divorced/widowed, and are now roommates. Dorothy’s main goal during the series is to find a companion she can relate to while her mother Sophia adds her comical outlook and frequent “Picture This” stories.
The Great North (S1)
Following the Alaskan adventures of the Tobin family, as a single dad, Beef, does his best to keep his weird bunch of kids close — especially his only daughter, Judy, whose artistic dreams lead her away from the family fishing boat and into the glamorous world of the local mall. Rounding out the family are Judy’s older brother, Wolf, and his fiancé, Honeybee, her middle brother, Ham, and 10-year-old-going-on-50 little brother, Moon. While their mother is not in the picture, Judy seeks guidance from her new boss, Alyson, and her imaginary friend, Alanis Morissette, who appears to her in the northern lights.
Reservation Dogs (S1, E2)
A new crew threatens the Reservation Dogs while they try and make some money selling meat pies outside the local IHS Clinic.
