It’s Wednesday and that means it’s time to take a look at what’s been added to Disney+ today in the United States. There is a nice mix of new original content today including a new show ‘Doogie Kamealoha, M.D.’ plus ‘What If? and ‘Turner & Hooch’, along with some classic content including the popular Disney Channel show, ‘Pepper Ann’ and some National Geographic documentaries.

Here’s the rundown:

Doogie Kamealoha, M.D. – Episode 1

“Doogie Kamealoha, M.D.” – a coming-of-age dramedy inspired by the hit medical series “Doogie Howser, M.D.” – follows Lahela “Doogie” Kamealoha, a 16-year-old prodigy juggling a budding medical career and life as a teenager. With the support of her caring and comical ‘ohana (family) and friends, Lahela is determined to make the most of her teenage years and forge her own path.


Guiding Lahela (and also complicating things) is her career-driven mother Dr. Clara Hannon who’s also her supervisor at the hospital, her doting father Benny who helps keep her connected to what matters most, her free-spirited older brother Kai, her gregarious younger brother Brian Patrick, her best friend Steph, her surfer crush Walter and her fellow hospital colleagues, Dr. Lee, Charles and Noelani.


Marvel’s What If – Episode 5

“What If…?” flips the script on the MCU, reimagining famous events from the films in unexpected ways. Marvel Studios’ first animated series focuses on different heroes from the MCU, featuring a voice cast that includes a host of stars who reprise their roles.



Turner & Hooch – Episode 8 – Episode 108 “Arf Appreciation”

Scott must prove his dog’s innocence when Hooch is accused of damaging a valuable painting


“Chip ‘n’ Dale: Park Life” – Episode 107 “Struggling Duckling / Friends Of The Family / Top Dog”

In an attempt to keep warm, Chip and Dale try to make friends with some ducklings. / Chip and Dale get involved with the wrong squirrel. / Will Butch finally win the top dog contest against Pluto? Not if Dale has anything to say about it!


Disney Junior Mira, Royal Detective (S2), 15 episodes

Appointed to the role of royal detective by the queen of Jalpur, a resourceful commoner named Mira sets out on mystery-solving adventures along with her friend Prince Neel, creative cousin Priya, and comical mongoose sidekicks Mikku and Chikku.



Disney’s Pepper Ann

Join Pepper Ann and her friends at Hazelnut Middle School.


The Incredible Dr. Pol (S19), 5 episodes

Dr Jan Pol has been a practicing veterinarian for more than half his life. In 1981 he and his wife, Diane, opened a vet business out of their home, and over the years it has grown to service more than 19,000 clients. Set in Central Michigan’s farm country, this reality series follows Dr Pol and the work done at Pol Veterinary Services. Specializing in large farm animals, Dr Pol treats horses, pigs, cows, sheep, alpacas, goats, chickens and even an occasional reindeer. The program also features Dr Brenda Grettenberger, who has worked with Dr Pol since 1992.

    All 5 seasons of Pepper Ann were uploaded to Disney+. The fourth and fifth seasons are for some reason lumped into season 3 which is listed as having 39 episodes while season 1 and 2 have only 13.
