It’s Friday and time to take a look at everything that’s been added to Disney+ in Canada today, which includes new episodes of multiple Disney+ Originals including “Star Wars: The Bad Batch” and “Big Shot”. Plus lots of new additions to the Disney+ library.

Star Wars – The Bad Batch – Episode 2

“Star Wars: The Bad Batch” follows the elite and experimental clones of the Bad Batch (first introduced in “The Clone Wars”) as they find their way in a rapidly changing galaxy in the immediate aftermath of the Clone War. Members of Bad Batch—a unique squad of clones who vary genetically from their brothers in the Clone Army – each possess a singular exceptional skill that makes them extraordinarily effective soldiers and a formidable crew.

The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers – Episode 7

Nearly 30 years after first taking flight, “The Mighty Ducks” returns in a brand new chapter starring Lauren Graham and Emilio Estevez in the iconic role he originated as legendary Coach Gordon Bombay.


In the 10-episode season set in present-day Minnesota, the Mighty Ducks have evolved from scrappy underdogs to an ultra-competitive, powerhouse youth hockey team. After 12-year-old Evan Morrow (Brady Noon) is unceremoniously cut from the Ducks, he and his mom, Alex (Lauren Graham), set out to build their own team of misfits to challenge the cutthroat, win-at-all-costs culture of youth sports today. With the help of Gordon Bombay, they rediscover the joys of playing just for love of the game.

Solar Opposites – Season 2 – Episode 5

Oh no. The Red Goobler’s back and this time he’s jacked. This one’s too scary for me.



Disney Wander over Yonder (S1 & 2)

Wander is an eternally optimistic intergalactic traveler who likes to do good things for others. His best friend is a quick-tempered, loyal horse named Sylvia. They travel throughout the cosmos together and go on adventures, making new friends — and enemies — along the way. The pair battles evil on the journey, including Lord Hater, the biggest evildoer of them all, and his army of Watchdogs. The animated comedy series was created by Craig McCracken, who also created such animated hits as “The Powerpuff Girls” and “Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends.”


Wild Hearts Can’t Be Broken

Sonora is a free spirited girl who runs away from her home and gets a job as a stunt rider. On her adventurous journey she learns the tricks and trade of the sport and also falls in love.


 

American Horror Story

An anthology horror drama series centering on different characters and locations, including a house with a murderous past, an asylum, a witch coven, a freak show, a hotel, a farmhouse in Roanoke and a cult.


American Horror Story: Asylum

From Nazis and serial killers to mutants and aliens, no one is safe inside the walls of the Briarcliff Mental Institution. In a house of healing that is anything but, troubled nun Sister Jude rules with an iron fist and Dr Arden conducts strange experiments on the facility’s patients.



American Horror Story: Coven

The few remaining Salem descendants are under assault by forces of ignorance and hate. The young witches seek refuge at Miss Robichaux’s Academy in New Orleans, including new arrival, Zoe, who harbors a terrifying secret of her own. Fiona, a Supreme Witch with unimaginable powers, is determined to protect the Coven, but her obsessive quest for immortality will lead her to cross paths with a voodoo queen and a murderous slave owner cursed with eternal life.


Beneath The Planet of the Apes

Astronaut Brent, the only survivor of a crash landed spaceship believes that he is on another planet, unaware of the fact that he has travelled to earth’s distant future.


Conquest of The Planet of the Apes

When dogs and cats have been wiped out by a plague, the apes, now household pets, are treated like slaves. Caesar, a simian, leads chimps in rebellion against human oppressors.


Ferdinand

A soft-hearted bull, Ferdinand, escapes from Casa del Toro after his father does not return from the bullfight. However, due to a turn of events, he is taken back to the place he escaped from.



The First $20 Million is Always the Hardest

A successful marketing executive decides to chuck his nonstop, upwardly mobile lifestyle, when he realizes that he wants to be a creator instead of a seller. He takes a job at one of the area’s most prestigious high-tech firms. Mocked by the company’s brilliant project leader, he is assigned to a team made up of dysfunctional misfits, who through their imagination and ingenuity create something that can revolutionize their industry.


Everyone’s Hero

A boy (Jake T. Austin) comes to a turning point in his life when he faces a critical decision: Should he take a chance and possibly become a hero, or should he play it safe? Though the odds are stacked against him, he begins a cross-country adventure to return Babe Ruth’s baseball bat before the deciding game of the 1932 World Series.


Lola Versus

Lola is a happy woman, engaged to the love of her life, Luke. But, when Luke calls it all off three weeks before the big day, Lola desperately begins to look for love and happiness in casual flings.

 


Murder on the Orient Express (2017)

After a murder takes place on a train journey, a detective decides to investigate and find the culprit amongst the passengers aboard. In the process, he also learns the true identity of the victim.
