It’s Friday and a load of new content has been added to Disney+ in Australia and New Zealand, with new episodes of two big Disney+ Originals, “The Falcon And The Winter Soldier” and “The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers”. Plus new Star Originals including the first episode of the second season of “Solar Opposites” and new episodes of many shows including “Family Guy”, “Grown-ish” and “Grey’s Anatomy”.

Here’s the rundown:


The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers – Episode 3

Set in present day Minnesota, the Mighty Ducks have evolved from scrappy underdogs to an ultra-competitive, powerhouse youth hockey team. After 12-year-old Evan Morrow (Brady Noon) is unceremoniously cut from the Ducks, he and his mom, Alex (Lauren Graham), set out to build their own team of misfits to challenge the cutthroat, win-at-all-costs culture of youth sports today. With the help of Gordon Bombay, they rediscover the joys of playing just for love of the game.



The Falcon And The Winter Soldier – Episode 4

Marvel Studios’ “The Falcon and The Winter Soldier” stars Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson aka The Falcon, and Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes aka The Winter Soldier. The pair, who came together in the final moments of “Avengers: Endgame,” team up on a global adventure that tests their abilities—and their patience. Directed by Kari Skogland with Malcolm Spellman serving as head writer, the series also stars Daniel Brühl as Zemo, Emily VanCamp as Sharon Carter, and Wyatt Russell as John Walker.


Helstrom – Episode 109 ‘Vessels’

As the son and daughter of a mysterious and powerful serial killer, Helstrom follows Daimon (Tom Austen) and Ana Helstrom (Sydney Lemmon), and their complicated dynamic, as they track down the worst of humanity — each with their own attitude and skills.



Big Sky – Episode 109 – Let It Be Him

In an action-packed episode, while knocking on doors and searching for clues, Cassie unexpectedly comes face-to-face with Ronald, which puts her in danger and triggers her memory from the pair’s prior meeting. Elsewhere, not feeling like she can trust her husband, Merilee makes a life-changing decision that puts both her and Rick’s fates into her own hands.


Love, Victor – Episode 109 ‘Who the Hell is B’

Back in Atlanta, Victor starts to open up to his friends about what he’s been feeling.


Solar Opposites – Season 2 – Episode 1

Blimey. The Solar Opposites have repaired their ship and are heading to space, unless something goes hilariously wrong.



Grey’s Anatomy – Season 17 – Episode 8

As traumas and pressure mount, Grey Sloan doctors try to find a path forward, and Richard questions his faith. Meanwhile, Jo, Link and Jackson play an unconventional drinking game.


Station 19 – Season 4 – Episode 2

Andy takes the day off to continue to sort out her family life. Sullivan strives to work on his sobriety. Meanwhile, the team responds to a call involving a wild animal.


Family Guy – Season 19 – Episode 5

Peter becomes a real gangster when Joe asks him to be the godfather of his daughter.


Grown-ish – Season 3 – Episode 9

After dropping out of Cal U and diving into her dream job, Zoey balances the demands of her work life and her personal life.



Bob’s Burgers – Season 11 – Episode 3

Bob agrees to be the temporary chef at the Fischoeders’ new nightclub; the kids throw a pool party in the restaurant basement when they get a hold of a stock tank.


Secrets Of Sulphur Springs – Episode 11 – Finale

Harper travels back in time to the date her father died in hopes of trying to change the outcome.


Disney Future-Worm!

Danny is an optimistic 12-year-old who likes tinkering with things. One day, he creates a time machine out of a lunchbox and travels to the future, where he becomes friends with a fearless creature, Future Worm. The duo then uses Danny’s creation to make its way through time and space, going on adventures along the way. In some cases, an adventure grows out of a task as simple as Danny trying to make dinner for his parents; other times, Danny and Future Worm purposely travel through time to solve an issue.


Disney Junior Muppet Babies – Season 3- Episodes 1-5

More than 30 years after the Muppet Babies first won the hearts of kids and families around the world, Disney Junior’s reimagined television series chronicles the hilarious playroom antics of a young Kermit the Frog, Piggy, Fozzie Bear, Gonzo, Animal and Summer Penguin. Under the watchful eye of Miss Nanny, the Muppet Babies use their imaginations to embark on countless adventures that take them to the farthest corners of the universe and demonstrate to young viewers the power and potential of imaginative play.
