It’s the start of a brand new week and time to take a look at what’s coming to Disney+ in Australia and New Zealand in the week ahead. There are two big new releases on Disney+ this week, both binge-worthy shows, “Growing Up Animal” and the second season of “Diary Of A Future President”. Plus there are new episodes of other Disney+ Originals such as “What If?” and “Turner & Hooch”. In addition to other library content being added.

Wednesday 18th August


Diary Of A Future President – Season 2

Continuing the origin story of Cuban American and future leader Elena Cañero-Reed as she enters the seventh grade and recounted through excerpts from 13-year-old Elena’s diary, this coming-of-age series follows Elena through the ups and downs of middle school which sets her on the path to becoming the President of the United States.


All 10 episodes will arrive at once.


Growing Up Animal

The six-episode, intimate and extraordinary adventure of baby animals, from the safety of the womb to the uncertainty of birth and their tentative first steps. Each episode sees the incredible transformation of a different iconic animal, full of wonder and emotion. “Growing Up Animal” is the magical story of a mother’s instinct to nurture and her infant’s drive to survive.



Marvel’s Studios What If – Episode 2

“What If…?” flips the script on the MCU, reimagining famous events from the films in unexpected ways. Marvel Studios’ first animated series focuses on different heroes from the MCU, featuring a voice cast that includes a host of stars who reprise their roles.


Monsters At Work – Episode 108 “Little Monsters”

Tylor sees an opportunity to get promoted as Jokester during Mini-Monster Day at Monsters, Inc. when he is paired with Ms. Flint’s daughter. Can he get her to laugh?


Turner & Hooch – Episode 105 “Road To Smell Dorado”

Scott, Hooch and Xavier get stuck searching for a fugitive in the quirky small town of El Dorado.



“Chip ‘n’ Dale: Park Life” – Episode 104 “A Nut You Can’t Refuse / Chipmunks Away / Ruff Justice”

Chip bargains with the wrong family of squirrels, now he must pay the price. / Chip’s desire for perfection leads to a less than relaxing vacation. / There’s a new sheriff in town and his name is Chip!


Gigantosaurus – Season 2

Four curious young dinosaurs named Rocky, Bill, Tiny, and Mazu go on adventures while following their herd. Rocky is the courageous one, Bill is the most timid, Tiny is the smallest yet most playful, and Mazu is the most inquisitive. The four friends look at things such as mapping the stars and searching for flowers but most importantly, they are asserting their independence and learning to do things away from the safety of the herd.

Love, Victor – Season 2 – Episode 10 (Finale)

At Harold’s wedding, Mia makes a bold decision, while Victor and Felix consider their futures.


Bob’s Burgers – Season 11 – Episode 22

Tina invites her friends to see an old campy vampire sing-along movie with her and Bob; Linda opens a restaurant for raccoons in the alley.



Maze Runner: The Death Cure

When a deadly disease called the Flare breaks out, Thomas and his group of escaped Gladers break into the Last City to find the cure and save their friends.


Red Sparrow

Dominika Egorova, a former ballerina, enrols in a Russian Intelligence programme and becomes a sparrow, using her body as a weapon to entrap a CIA agent.


Flooded Tombs Of The Nile

Archaeologists dive into a flooded pyramid near the Nile to search for a king’s burial that could reveal clues about the ancient kingdom of Kush.
