It’s the start of a brand new week and time to take a look at what’s coming to Disney+ in Australia and New Zealand later this week.  It’s a packed week with lots of new episodes of Disney+ and Star Originals including “Big Shot”, “The Bad Batch”, “Solar Opposites” and the first episode of an all-new Marvel animated series “M.O.D.O.K”.  There is also lots of new legacy content being added to Disney+ this week.

The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers – Episode 9

One Mississippi – Season 1 & 2

This FX series is a dark comedy inspired by events in comic Tig Notaro’s life. Starring as a Los Angeles-based radio host of the same name, Tig is still dealing with serious health issues, including recovering from a double mastectomy. When her mother becomes gravely ill, Tig returns to her hometown in Mississippi, where she is forced on a painful (and at times, hilarious) journey that unearths uncomfortable truths about herself and her family. In order to heal, both physically and emotionally, Tig must reconnect with her roots before moving forward.


A Wilderness Of Error – Season 1

 

A “Wilderness of Error” is a five-part documentary series based on the book of the same name by filmmaker and author Errol Morris, who also appears in the series. When Green Beret Army surgeon Jeffrey MacDonald is sent to prison after being convicted of killing his pregnant wife and two young daughters, a storm of swirling narratives challenges the very ability to find the truth all the while overshadowing the chilling possibility that MacDonald may be an innocent man. Marc Smerling re-investigates the complicated case that has spanned decades in an attempt to find the truth.


To Catch a Smuggler – S1 & 2

The custom officers at the JFK International Airport work towards catching hold of smugglers and drug traffickers who try to sneak in illegal substances.
