It’s Monday and time when we take a look at what’s coming to Disney+ in Australia and New Zealand this week. This week sees the return of High School Musical: The Musical – The Series for a second season, along with new episodes of many other new Disney+ Originals such as “The Bad Batch”, “Big Shot” and “The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers”. In addition to some new Star Originals.

Friday 14th May
High School Musical – The Musical – The Series – Season 2 –Episode 201 – “New Year’s Eve”
Flying high after the triumph of opening night, Ricky, Nini, Gina, and the Wildcats gather at Ashlyn’s for a New Year’s Eve party. Miss Jenn runs into the new North High rival theatre teacher – a.k.a her ex-boyfriend – and at the stroke of midnight, shocking revelations come to the surface.
Big Shot – Episode 105 “This is our House”
Louise’s dad is arrested. Louise and Olive get caught cheating on a test. Marvyn dates again.
Star Wars – The Bad Batch – Episode 3
“Star Wars: The Bad Batch” follows the elite and experimental clones of the Bad Batch (first introduced in “The Clone Wars”) as they find their way in a rapidly changing galaxy in the immediate aftermath of the Clone War. Members of Bad Batch—a unique squad of clones who vary genetically from their brothers in the Clone Army—each possess a singular exceptional skill that makes them extraordinarily effective soldiers and a formidable crew.
The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers – Episode 8
Set in present day Minnesota, the Mighty Ducks have evolved from scrappy underdogs to an ultra-competitive, powerhouse youth hockey team. After 12-year-old Evan Morrow (Brady Noon) is unceremoniously cut from the Ducks, he and his mom, Alex (Lauren Graham), set out to build their own team of misfits to challenge the cutthroat, win-at-all-costs culture of youth sports today. With the help of Gordon Bombay, they rediscover the joys of playing just for love of the game.

Bob’s Burgers – Season 11 – Episode 8
When Linda’s parents have a layover at a nearby airport, she and Bob decide to make it their annual “visit”.
Station 19 – Season 4 – Episode 7
The crew is called to a cult gathering where they find their leader dancing on the roof and claiming he can fly. Travis gets a surprise visit from his father, and Dean makes a difficult decision that could affect his career trajectory.
Grown-ish – Season 3 – Episode 14
Vivek has a new experience with Heidi and Aaron and Doug struggle to adjust their views on sexuality and masculinity. Nomi and her new baby Luna return to Cal U. Junior shows up to fight for Sky.
Grey’s Anatomy – Season 17 – Episode 13
Amidst the need for more surgeons, Jo tries to convince Bailey to let her switch specialties. Elsewhere, Link accuses Amelia of overstepping while he is treating a patient remotely, and Winston comes up with an out-of-the-box idea.
Family Guy – Season 19 – Episode 10
Peter volunteers at the hospital after making it through a bad flu season and finds himself at a crossroads when his mortal enemy, The Giant Chicken, is admitted to ER. After learning he’s part cat, Brian has an identity crisis.
Genius: Aretha – Episode 5 & 6
The filmmaker sheds light on the personal and professional life struggles of Aretha Franklin and talks about her Grammy performance that sealed her image as the Queen of Soul.
Disney Junior Mira, Royal Detective – New Episode
Disney Junior’s “Mira, Royal Detective” is an animated mystery-adventure series for preschoolers inspired by the cultures and customs of India. Set in the fictional land of Jalpur, the series follows the brave and resourceful Mira, a commoner who is appointed to the role of royal detective by the Queen. Along with her friend Prince Neel, a talented inventor, creative cousin Priya, and comical mongoose sidekicks Mikku and Chikku, Mira will stop at nothing to solve a case. Each episode features two 11-minute music- and dance-filled stories which showcase Mira utilizing critical thinking and deductive reasoning to help her family, friends and extended community.
Gigantosaurus – Season 1
Four curious young dinosaurs named Rocky, Bill, Tiny, and Mazu go on adventures while following their herd. Rocky is the courageous one, Bill is the most timid, Tiny is the smallest yet most playful, and Mazu is the most inquisitive. The four friends look at things such as mapping the stars and searching for flowers but most importantly, they are asserting their independence and learning to do things away from the safety of the herd.
An Affair to Remember (1957)
Nicky and Terry meet on a cruise on their way from Europe to New York and fall in love with each other. Despite being engaged to other people, the couple decides to meet again.
The Alligator People
Newly married nurse Joyce Webster (Beverly Garland) doesn’t know what to think when her husband, Paul (Richard Crane), disappears during a train ride. She hires private investigators and eventually tracks him to an old bayou plantation, where the owner (Frieda Inescort) insists she’s never heard of Paul. Joyce sticks around anyway and soon learns that local doctor Mark Sinclair (George Macready) has been using a life-altering alligator serum on the town’s residents, and that Paul is among them.
The Blue Bird (1976)
A naughty boy and girl search a fantasy world of characters (Elizabeth Taylor, Jane Fonda, Ava Gardner) for the bluebird of happiness.
