January is cold and wet in the UK and Ireland, making it a perfect time to sit at home in your comfy chair watching some new content on Disney+. There will be lots of new Disney+ and Star Originals, in addition to new content being added to the library each week including “Star Wars: The Book Of Boba Fett”.

Perhaps after that experience it makes sense that Gibbon presents “The Witch Doctor Will See You Now.” The four hourlong episodes document some of the world’s most ancient and extreme medical practices, from the snake-soup healer in Hong Kong to the chicken-massaging witch doctors in the African country of Cameroon. Gibbon is joined by volunteer patients who are seeking cures to their own ailments, something Western medicine has failed to achieve.

Peabody Award-winning filmmaker Fritz Mitchell, who broke in as an intern on “The NFL Today,” will examine Snyder’s impact on the growth of sports gambling, while also taking a fresh look at The Greek’s tragic downfall.

When Pete Carroll took over the football program at USC after the 2000 season, the once-great Trojans were under siege.
