Disney+ subscribers in the United Kingdom and Ireland are getting plenty of new series this April including new episodes of “The Proud Family: Louder & Prouder” plus a brand new Marvel Studios series, “Moon Knight”, and much more.

Here’s a look at all the best series coming to Disney+ in the UK and Ireland in April:

Moon Knight

The series follows Steven Grant, a mild-mannered gift-shop employee, who becomes plagued with blackouts and memories of another life. Steven discovers he has dissociative identity disorder and shares a body with mercenary Marc Spector. As Steven/Marc’s enemies converge upon them, they must navigate their complex identities while thrust into a deadly mystery among the powerful gods of Egypt.

New episodes of “Moon Knight” will be released every Wednesday throughout April.


The Proud Family: Louder And Prouder –

A continuation of the acclaimed series, “The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder” follows the adventures and misadventures of newly 14-year-old Penny Proud and her Proud Family as they navigate modern life with hilarity and heart. The 2020s brings new career highs for mom Trudy, wilder dreams for dad Oscar and new challenges for Penny, including a socially woke neighbor who thinks she has a lot to teach her, bullying social media influencers who want to cancel her and her own teenage hormones. Penny’s friends return, including Dijonay, LaCienega, Zoey and Michael. Penny’s Suga Mama also returns, ready as ever to dispense tough love or a gentle hand whenever Penny needs it. Among the new faces are Maya and KG, new kids who not only have to deal with the struggles of being the new kid but also having two dads, a first for Smithville.

New episodes of “The Proud Family: Louder And Prouder” are coming to Disney+ every Wednesday in April.


Sketchbook

An intimate instructional documentary series, Sketchbook takes us onto the desks and into the lives of talented artists and animators. Each episode focuses on a single artist teaching us how to draw a single iconic character from a Walt Disney Animation Studios film. As we learn the steps to drawing these characters, we also discover that the artists themselves each have a unique story to tell about how they made their way to Disney and their chosen character. From the creators of Chef’s Table, this exclusive experience will give viewers of all ages a new understanding of how these beloved characters come to life on screen while introducing them to a new cast of real-life characters along the way.

“Sketchbook” is coming to Disney+ on 27th April.


NCIS

Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs is a skilled investigator. He leads a team of agents of the Naval Criminal Investigative Service’s Major Case Response Team as they solve intense criminal cases.

All previous 18 seasons of “NCIS” are coming to Disney+, with new episodes from the 19th season arriving every Wednesday from the 6th April 2022.


Single Drunk Female

After a public flame-out at a New York media company, 20-something alcoholic Samantha Fink is forced to seize the only chance she has to sober up and avoid jail time: moving back home with her overbearing mother, Carol. Back in Greater Boston, Samantha restarts her life, working at the local grocery store while surrounded by all of the triggers that made her drink in the first place. Confronted with remnants of her old life, including run-ins with her perfect former best friend, who is now dating her ex, Samantha sets out on a path to move past her worst self and figure out her best self. Kinda.

This entire Star Original series is coming to Disney+ on Wednesday 6th April 2022.

From the intense pressures of running billion-dollar businesses to the hilarious joys of playtime and school drop-offs, this series brings viewers into the fold with a rivetingly honest story of love & life in the spotlight.

Harrow

The Dropout

From Executive Producer Elizabeth Meriwether, “The Dropout” is the story of Elizabeth Holmes (Amanda Seyfried) and Theranos, an unbelievable tale of ambition and fame gone terribly wrong. How did the world’s youngest self-made female billionaire lose it all in the blink of an eye?

“The Dropout” is coming to Disney+ internationally and on Hulu from Thursday 3rd March.


The Walking Dead – Season 11B

This February, The Walking Dead returns with many of our heroes fighting imminent hellfire under Reaper attack; while others battle Mother Nature’s torrential wrath in Alexandria. For all, their world is literally crashing down around them. Meanwhile, life in the Commonwealth is not as idyllic as it seems. For some, hope will be renewed. Others will be pushed past the point of no return. One truth holds tight: Lives hang in the balance with each decision drastically changing their future, their chances of survival, and the state of each community.

The final episodes from the second batch of the eleventh season will be coming to Disney+ on Monday’s.

Bob’s Burgers S12

A third-generation restaurateur, Bob Belcher, deals with various situations while running his dream restaurant with the help of his uptight wife and their three underachieving kids.

New episodes of “Bob’s Burgers” are coming to Disney+ every Wednesday in April.


The Ignorant Angels S1

This romantic drama has been inspired by the Italian box office hit and cultural sensation Le Fate Ignoranti, “The Ignorant Angels” is a Star Original series from Turkish-Italian director Ferzan Ozpetek. When Antonia’s husband Massimo is killed in a car accident, she discovers that he has been having a same-sex affair with a man named Michele. She’s devastated at the news, but the straight-laced Antonia finds herself building an unexpected and moving friendship with Michele and his circle of misfit eccentrics.

This Star Original series is coming to Disney+ on Wednesday 13th April 2022

Our Kind Of People –

“Our Kind of People” takes place in the aspirational world of Oak Bluffs on Martha’s Vineyard, a historical stronghold where the rich and powerful Black elite have come to play for over 50 years. Strong-willed single mom Angela Vaughn sets out to reclaim her family’s name and make an impact with her revolutionary hair care line that highlights the innate, natural beauty of Black women, but she soon discovers a dark secret about her own mother’s past that will turn her world upside-down and shake up this community forever. The show is a soapy, thrilling exploration of race and class in America and an unapologetic celebration of Black resilience and achievement.

Dollface S2

Season Two follows Jules (Kat Dennings) and her best friends– post-pandemic, post heartbreak, heading toward turning thirty. The entire second season of this Star Original series is coming to Disney+ on Wednesday 27th April 2022.


Antidisturbios (2020) S1

Riot Police is a Spanish police drama thriller television series created by Isabel Peña and Rodrigo Sorogoyen for Movistar+. The series follows a group of riot policemen and an internal affairs agent who is investigating them.
