Last week, Disney launched a brand new reality series, “The Kardashians” on their streaming services around the world, Hulu, Star+ and on Disney+.

The family you know and love is here with a brand new series, giving an all access pass into their lives. Kris, Kourtney, Kim, Khloé, Kendall and Kylie bring the cameras back to give truth to their stories. From the intense pressures of running billion-dollar businesses to the hilarious joys of playtime and school drop-offs, this series brings viewers into the fold with a rivetingly honest story of love & life in the spotlight.

Disney has announced that the first episode was the “Biggest Launch Ever” and was the most watched series premiere on Hulu in the United States, Star+ in Latin America and on Disney+ internationally.

Kris took to social media about the news:

Thank you to our Disney and @hulu family and the amazing teams who we work with day in and day out to make this all happen. We love you more than we can express!!!!

The Kardashian family have previously starred in the E! series, “Keeping Up With The Kardashians”, which ran for 20 seasons and multiple spin-offs until the family made a new deal with Disney.

No financial details on the deal have been revealed, but the deal is for forty episodes, which will be spread across four seasons of ten episodes a piece.

With the series being the biggest premiere ever for Hulu, Star+ and Disney+, it looks like the gamble has already paid off, bringing new eyes to Disney’s streaming service.

Fulwell 73 partner Ben Winston executive produces alongside Emma Conway and Elizabeth Jones with Danielle King serving as showrunner and executive producer.

The first episode is available now and new episodes are being released every Thursday.
